posting of teachers in the state and Immediate engagement of new teachers to reduce stress among teachers in the system

His words,"ASUSS wishes to reiterate that our colleagues deserve warmer, friendlier and soothing attention from their employer; the Teaching Service Commission in particular. It is perhaps for this reason and more that the management of the Teaching Service Commission has graciously decided to review the recent redeployment of our members. This decision which is not faked has further convinced us at ASUSS that the Evangelist Ifede-led TESCOM is a listening one after all. We appreciate the Commission for the bold step taken to review the transfer. We are confident that the board which is reputed for being a listening one, reversible, humane and teacher - based will do what is most expedient".

'"In the spirit of this year's celebration and given your background and percentage, we are looking forward to receiving one heart-cheering piece of news from you - the announcement of the approval for the implementation of the Ogun State Teaching Experience Acquisition Channel (Ogun TEACh), a special intervention program aimed at providing jobs for our teeming unemployed youths,"Lasisi added

The teachers requested for the approval of their letters for the outstanding promotion

"we are expecting good news from you on the possibility of having all or part of our outstanding leave allowances approved for the immediate payment; the approval for the release of promotion letters for 2018, 2019 and 2020; payment of accumulated global deductions and running cost to our schools. We believe, if we leave this venue with all these pronouncements in honour of the celebrations, our joy will know no bounds. Most of these requests do not require rocket science to achieve or make reliable", he added
