At least 3,000 specially trained Intelligence squad of the Ogun State Community Social Orientation And Safey Corps will be on ground to strengthen the existing security arrangement for the conduct of this Saturday councils'poll in the state
The State Corps Commander, Soji Ganzallo announced this known in a statement made available to Edu-Biznews on Monday in Abeokuta by the Assistant Commander of the Corps and Director of Information and Public Relations, Moruf Yusuf
Ganzallo added that the special squad would collaborate with sister security agencies to beef up the security arrangement for the electoral excercise, to create a conducive atmosphere for the electorates to exercise their franchise during the period
The Corps Commander strongly warned the squad to be civil in their approach and always be vigilant while urging them not to compromise in any form, no matter how tough the situation might be
He enjoined electorates to exercise their franchise according to their conscience saying they should not be a party to disrupting the electioneering process before ,during and after voting the candidate of their choice
