The Ogun State Community, Social Orientation and Safety Corps has put its operatives on Red-Alert, ahead of the celebration of Eid-el-Kabir by Muslims next week Tuesday, July 20,2021 in the state
The Corps Commander, Soji Ganzallo in a statement by its Director of Information and Public Relations, Assistant Commander, Moruf Yusuf, made available to Edu-Biznews in Abeokuta, said that the Command had directed all the Zonal and Area Commanders to put all their Divisional Officers and men on their toes to forestall any break down of law and order and ensure peaceful festive period
Already, Special Squad of So-Safe Corps have been deployed to various strategic places in the state
The squad are being supported by Specially trained Intelligence Operatives of the Corps.
Ganzallo assured the residents and those coming to celebrate with their loved ones in the State of the safety of various Eid grounds, saying adequate security arrangement had been made to counter any unforeseen security threat.
He advised the Commuters and other road users to adhere strictly to the traffic rules while wishing everyone happy Eid-el-kabir Celebration in advance.
