Both public and private primary and secondary schools in Lagos State, are to end the second term of the 2020/2021 academic calendar by April 30.
Barring any closure as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the second term of the academic session which begins this Monday, January 18, is expected to last for 61 days according to the revised calendar by the Office of the Education Quality Assurance.
The revised calendar for the 2020/2021 academic session, further fixed March 4 and 5 as mid-term break while there will be two public holidays, Good Friday on April 2nd and Easter Monday on April 5.
May 4 is the resumption date for the third term while the term is to terminate on August 6.
Schools have been directed to strictly follow the time table.
