Ogun Schools Resume For Third Term On Monday

Public and Private Primary and Secondary Schools as well as Technical and Vocational Colleges in Ogun State will be resuming this Monday, 28th of April for the third term of 2024/2025 academic session 

The State Commissioner for Education Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu charged learners to be disciplined and remained focus on their educational pursuits while coming them back to school in a message on his Facebook page on Sunday 

He equally enjoined management of the public schools to create a conducive learning environment for the learners who are expected to write welcome test after cleaning of their school premises 

The Commissioner reminded the learners of the importance of third term being the period for writing of Senior School Certificate Examinations being conducted by The West African Examination Council WAEC and National Examination Council, NECO for Senior Secondary School final class (SS3) students and Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE) for Junior Secondary School final class (JS3 ) as well as promotional examinations for other classes 

He assured both the learners and teachers of the State Government's continuous commitment to ensuring conducive environment for academic excellence
