Eid-el-Kabir Special: YabaTech's Rector Asks Muslims Embrace Spirit Of Selfless Service To Humanity

Muslims at  Yaba College of Technology, Lagos have been asked to always embrace the spirit of selfless service to humanity which is essence of the celebration of Eid-el-kabir

Rector of Nigeria's premier tertiary institution, Dr(Engr. )Ibraheem  Abdul made the call in his Salah message
on behalf of Management, Staff and Students of the college

" This season is a celebration of love and an occasion reminding us of Allah’s unending love for mankind and humanity. At the centre of Eid Mubarak is sacrifice and absolute surrendering to the Will of Almighty Allah. ", he urged

These two critical factors according to him,are urgently needed in Nigeria and the College in particular

"In all our affairs, private or public, let us consider others before ourselves and let us love our brothers and sisters as ourselves so that we may offer a sacrifice acceptable and well pleasing unto Almighty God'

He also used the festive season to appreciate members of management and students of the institution for their support and commitment in the achievements of his administration

"It is pertinent to use this opportunity to express Management’s gratitude and appreciation to all staff, students and other stakeholders for your tremendous supports, dedication, commitment and show of love to this administration since assumption of duties"

"Your undaunted service to the College and expression of loyalty, acceptance and felicitation at the just concluded celebration of our 365 Days in office are indications of genuine togetherness.

"This is awesome and will never be taken for granted.I wish the College community a blissful Eid-el-Kabir festival, and urge all and sundry to remain focused and steadfast in our love for one another."

" May the divine blessings of God be ours now, and in the years to come. May Almighty God fill our homes and hearts with joy and intervene in the state of affairs of our nation", he concluded
