FUNAAB Warns Students, Staff Against Violating Exams Regulations...Vows To Sanction Violators




The management of Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, (FUNAAB) in Ogun State, South West, Nigeria has warned its staff and students against violating the regulations and principles guiding the conduct of the ongoing first
 semester examinations

Registrar of the university, Dr.Bola Adekola reacting to the recent unruly conduct of some students which temporary disrupted the examinations in some of the venues on campus, read the riot-act in a circular dated 17th of July, 2023 obtained by Edu-Biznews on Friday 

The institution also threathened to
 sanction any of the students or staff who failed to adhere strictly to regulations and principles guiding the
 conduct of examinations, stressing the need for them to respect the sanctity of examinations venues

The registrar in the circular emphasized the importance of the complying with the Dress Code as approved by the Senate of the university in its 14th of December, 2021 meeting which stressed the need for facial identification of all students at all times within the university community

Similarly  students during their farm practical year must appear in the approved Dress Code of green jumpsuit, rain-boot and hand gloves for their convenience and personal safety on the farms 

"Management emphasized the need to warn everyone to note that any reported case of indiscipline or breach of the university regulations will be dealt with by ensuring full sanction as appropriate henceforth", the circular concluded with a strong warning
