Wild Protest In Abeokuta Distrupts Commercial Activities

The wild protest in Abeokuta on Tuesday, the  over  the nation wide scarcity of naira arising from cash swap policy of Central Bank of Nigeria, paralyzed business activities in most parts of the Ogun State capital

Edu-biznews observed that most shop owners at Asero, Ibara, Ijaiye and a section of popular Kuto market hurriedly shut their shops to customers for the fear of being attacked by hoodlums who hijacked the protest by bank customers

Most of the streets look deserted, until armed security personnel on patrol restored normalcy to the affected areas
