2023: Tinubu Assures Nigerians Of End To Incessant Strikes In Tertiary Institutions, Promises To Tackle Fuel Scarcity If Elected



The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured Nigerians including parents and students of uninterrupted academic calendar in public universities and other tertiary institutions, if elected at the February 25, 2023 presidential poll in the country

Tinubu addressing large crowd of supporters on Wednesday at the MKO Abiola International Stadium in Kuto, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital in continuation of his nationwide campaign, also revealed that his administration would introduce loan facility to support students' education, saying no child should drop out of school because of lack of money to pay tuition fees  

"There will be a student loan, nobody will drop out of university because of school fees, I guarantee you that", he assured 


"Nobody will have to repeat one class for eight years and not graduate, we are too smart, we are brilliant, we are courageous, we will make a four year course will be a four year course," Tinubu stated 

The APC presidential hopeful equally promised that his government would tackle the disturbing trend of fuel scarcity, blaming the current situation on ecnomic saboteurs whom he accused of making deliberate efforts to descrupt the 2023 electoral process in the country


Tinubu who described the forthcoming general election  as a revolution that would reshape the country,vowed that his administration would do all it can to ensure that the price of Premium Motor Spirit also known as petrol is bearable for all Nigerians.

"We are going to use our PVC to claim our mandate, even if they say that there is no fuel, we will walk to vote, let your mind be at rest, we will vote and I will win 




"This election is a revolution, they are saying that petrol will be expensive, they say it will become two hundred Naira per litre, let your mind be at rest, we will bring the price down," he assured

Tinubu who also called on the people of the state to go all out and claim their permanent voter's cards still left at the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission, said that they would be able to ensure his victory if they make it their duty to claim their permanent voter's card.

Earlier in his remarks, the governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, while assuring the presidential candidate of the party that the votes from the state would be a100%, added that Tinubu is the best deal for the country at this period.

Abiodun who also called on the people of the state to go all out and claim their permanent voter's cards, noted that the candidates of the All Progressives Congress are the best of other candidates available in the country.
Top members of the party included Speaker of House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, governors of Lagos, Ekiti and Kwara States and deputy governors of Ondo State, former governors Aremo Olusegun Osoba and Otunba Gbenga Daniel ( Ogun East Senatorial candidate) as well as former national chairmen of the party, Adams Oshiomhle and Chief Bisi Akande, National Secretary, Iyiola Omisore and candidates of the party at the forthcoming poll
