Ogun State Universal Education (SUBEB) is concluding arrangement for holding of finals for the 3rd edition of Governor’s Cup for public primary schools across the State
The final is slated for next week Monday, December 12, 2022 at M.K.O International Stadium, Kuto, Abeokuta, by 10:00am.
The Executive Chairman, SUBEB, Dr. Femi Majekodunmi who announced the date in a statement made available to Edu-biznews on Tuesday in Abeokuta, stated that the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun will perform the ceremonial kick-off of the event, while the General Manager, Ogun Update will be a Special Guest of Honour.
The statement added that the State has been a frontliner in sports and educational development and had hosted the 2nd edition of the Governor’s Cup for all public primary schools during the 2020/2021 academic session with tremendous progress recorded.
It also indicated that the Board appreciated the Governor for the approval towards the commencement of 3rd edition of the event.
