Nigeria Professional Football League NPFL side, Remo Stars FC of Ikenne-Remo and three second tier Nigeria National League NNL teams,
Ijebu United FC of Ijebu-Ode as well as Gateway United FC and
Stormers FC both based in Abeokuta are to play their final and third place matches between July 13 and 14 in the Ogun State 2022 Aiteo Cup
The State FA in a statement announced the shift in the date of the third place match earlier fixed for 6th of July to 13th while the final match originally scheduled for 7th of July, is to hold on the 14th of July
Third place match hold at 10am on the 13th of July while final matches for both male and female teams hold on 14th, the same day with female final holding at 12noon while that of male kicks-off by 2pm
"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this sudden change may have caused", the statement concluded.
