In the penalties shoot out, Consolidated Chapel converted three while Smash FM scored two after the two teams finished the first round of three kicks each, with no victors extended the kick to Goal-keepers
Wale Olookun of Consolidated Chapel emerged the hero of the tension soaked match, converting his kick while Timilehin Olusoga in goal for Smash FM failed to find the target
The Champions won for themselves a cash prize of N100,000 and gold medal while second placed Smash FM side went home with N50,000 cash prize and silver medal
Earlier Radio Nigeria/Paramount 94.5FM, Abeokuta beat the Ogun State Ministry of Information and Strategy side 5-3 to finished in the third position and smiled home with N25,000 cash prize and bronze medal
The Chief Executive Officer of Opulent Hub, Chief Ayodeji Daramola,the sponsor of the competition, promised to increase the cash prizes in the next edition, expressing satisfaction with the standard and level of participation by various media organizations
