The ongoing 5.7kilometres Somorin-Kemta Road in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital is steadily wearing a new look and will soon be completed
Governor Dapo Abiodun who gave the assurance in Abeokuta, said that the road when completed would be a bypass for road users heading towards Obantoko in the city and Ibadan, the Oyo State capital
The road on completion is expected to serve as alternative route for those going to Idi-Aba or Kemta from Obantoko ends of Abeokuta or vice versa, instead of passing through Iyana Mortuary on Abiola Way
" it will be a bypass for road users heading towards Obantoko and Ibadan via Idi-Iba and its environs", Abiodun stated
