Ogun State High Court will proceed on its annual vacation and legal year from this Monday, July 19, to Friday, August 27, 2021
The State Chief Judge,Hon. Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu who announced the vacation in a statement in Abeokuta, said that the court would resume on Monday, August 30, 2021.
The State Chief Judge however explained that criminal cases would be taken and urgent civil motions would be heard with the leave of a Judge on the application of both parties to the suit or their Counsel during the break.
She stated further stated that the legal year services for Christians and Muslims for the year 2021/2022 would hold on Monday, September 27, 2021.
