Staff of the Ogun State Sports Council are set to get the second dosage of Corona Virus vaccination this Friday 18th and Saturday 19th, June 2021, inline with the stipulated period by the World Health Organization.
Head of Public Relations Division of the council,Bola Giwa in a statement made available to Edu-Biznews in Abeokuta on Thursday, says the exercise will take place at the premises of Ogun State Sports Council, at Alake Sports Center Ijeja Abeokuta Ogun State, by 9am.
The Head of the Medical Unit of Ogun State Sports Council, Matron Abimbola Olasupo in the statement, explains that the second phase is meant for those that had earlier been vaccinated.
The second dosage of the vaccination is to complete the process of preventing the staff against the disease.
The staff are asked to bring along the proof of their first immunization.
She further advised that everyone must always adhere to the preventive measures stipulated by the Federal Government and World Health Organization (WHO) to prevent further spread of the virus.
